Skyfall Research

We found out that the production company behind Skyfall MGM and EON financed the film.

Since Skyfall has been released, the film has made £37.2m in 7 days. Adele's single is called Skyfall which is also the name of the film. The company behind Adele's single is Sony and it is also the company that produced the film. Other films that Sony is known for is Looper, Hotel Transylvania and Here comes the boom. Skyfall has used the internet to advertise and market their film through facebook, twitter, premier competition and skyfall website. The target audience for Skyfall is men and anyone over the age of 12 as there is mild violence and loads of action. Right now, the only way how we can watch Skyfall is in the Cinema, but once the film leaves the cinema it will be available on DVD bluray, netflix, lovefilm and online. The types of advertising we have seen in London for skyfall are posters, billboards, merchandise. The merchandises are available for fans to buy are watches, coke, nail polish and perfume etc. The mobile app that are available to link to the film are IMDb, facebook, twitter and other social networking apps.
